Every now and again a band comes along that redefines a genre of music and carries it even further...that group is Creole Stomp.

Led by French speaking Creole accordionist and fiddler Dennis Stroughmatt, Creole Stomp leaves audiences breathless and cheering for more in a concert packed full of Creole Zydeco, Cajun, Blues, and New Orleans Swamp Pop music.

They know how to play music "down home" and they always have a sound that is fresh and "straight from the bayous and prairies" of southwest Louisiana.

This group travels the country carrying the long tradition of Mississippi River valley French Creole music to audiences of thousands.

Not only have they caught the attention of Louisiana music fans across the United States and Canada, but also those who enjoy Blues, Rock, Country, Swing, Celtic, and Latin, all the while simply being who they are—a band that plays the real deal...French Creole music to the core.
