Broadway Tails: Bill Berloni with his Four-Legged Friends
All proceeds to benefit the Monroe Arts Center and the Green County Humane Society

Monroe Arts Center and Green County Humane Society have partnered to bring Tony award-winning animal trainer, Bill Berloni along with his four-legged friends, for a one-time only event. Mr. Berloni will share stories of animals finding their way from shelters to the Broadway stage and the Hollywood screen.

William Berloni, Animal Director and Trainer, is a 2011 Tony Honoree for Excellence in Theatre, a 2017 Drama League’s Honoree for Unique Contribution to the Theatre, and recipient of the 2014 Outer Critics Circle award for Special Achievement. Mr. Berloni’s Broadway credits include THE FERRYMAN,THE CRUCIBLE, THE AUDIENCE with Dame Helen Mirren; LIVING ON LOVE; BULLETS OVER BROADWAY; LADY DAY AT THE EMERSON BAR AND GRILL; ANNIE (original and all revivals); A CHRISTMAS STORY THE MUSICAL; LEGALLY BLONDE; CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG; JOE TURNER’S COME AND GONE; CAMELOT; FRANKENSTEIN; THE FIRST; ALICE IN WONDERLAND; OLIVER!; ANYTHING GOES; NICK AND NORA; THE WIZ (20th Anniversary revival and City Center 2009); THE WIZARD OF OZ; DINNER AT EIGHT; DOUBLE FEATURE (NYCB); THE WOMAN IN WHITE; AWAKE AND SING; and THE LIEUTENANT OF INISHMORE.

Mr. Berloni is also the Animal Director of the new musical BECAUSE OF WINN DIXIE with music by Duncan Sheik and book and lyrics by Nell Benjamin, which is in development for a Broadway opening in 2019. He has trained animals for hundreds of Off-Broadway productions, regional theater, tours, television, and movies. Recent movies include THE GREATEST SHOWMAN starring Hugh Jackman and BEN IS BACK starring Julia Roberts and Lucas Hedges.
