State Representative Brett Davis is a 1994 graduate of Monroe High School. He went on to earn a B.A. in business administration from UW-Oshkosh in 1999.

Davis has been actively involved in public service, notably as a former legislative aide to State Rep. Mike Powers, the chief of staff to State Senator Joe Leibham, and as a Special Assistant to former Governor and U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson.

Brett was first elected to his current position as 80th District State Representative in 2004 and was re-elected in 2006 and 2008.  Brett proudly serves as the ranking member of the Assembly Committee on Education, and as a member of the Financial Institutions, Rural Economic Development, and the Rural Affairs & Renewable Energy committees.
