Chicken Picatta: Tender sauteed chicken breast in a lemon piccata sauce with artichoke, spinach & sun dried tomatoes with wild rice pilaf
Braised Short Ribs: Beef short ribs braised in red wine, onions, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots & celery topped with a mushroom demi glace and served with garlic mashed potatoes
