Tonight’s concert has been cancelled due to anticipated rain.
The Sundogs are a four-piece Madison-based band, founded in 2000, specializing in lively covers of popular yet diverse guitar rock from the 1960s onward — Beatles, Rolling Stones, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Hendrix, Cream, Peter Frampton, The Who, The Eagles, The Cars, Tom Petty, U2, Nirvana, Green Day, Dire Straits, and a few surprises when they can work them in. The three constants since nearly the beginning have been founding members Jon Martin (lead vocals, rhythm guitar) and Grant Petty (lead guitar), and Janesville bass player Graham Judson who joined in 2005. John Weekes brought his amazing drumming chops to the band in 2019. The Sundogs have performed for community events, weddings, private parties, fundraisers, and other events in Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, and Illinois.
