Join us for a fun evening of painting with friends and neighbors. The theme for this event will be Winter Landscape. The session is guaranteed to be perfect for all skill levels, with step-by-step instruction and materials included. You’ll leave with a painting that will make a great gift, or look great hanging on your own wall.

Cash Bar available throughout the session, but the first drink is on us!

Class Date: Monday, December 4, 2023

Class Time: 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Location: The class will take place in the StArt Center. (Multipurpose Room – located on the west side of the building.)

Age: Adults only (21+)

Fee: $40 per painter (Registration Fee includes all supplies and your first glass of wine.)

Materials: All materials are included with registration fee

About the Instructor: Lauren Burkey is a resident of Monroe and has lived in the area for 6 years and taught classes and workshops for all ages and in a variety of media including painting, drawing, sculpture, jewelry, mosaic and stained glass. She holds a BA from the University of Colorado Boulder, is passionate about the arts, and is particularly interested in applications of Art as Therapy. She enjoys being part of the team here at the Monroe Arts Center and can’t wait to paint with you.
