Alla Prima – all at once or in one session

Plein Air – outside in the open air

Still life – a collection of objects arranged or selected with purpose

Come paint a lovely outdoor still life in this one day plein air painting workshop!

Award winning painter and our current exhibition artist Bethann Moran Handzlik will begin the workshop with a short demonstration and then help you get started on your own painting.  Bethann knows each participant is on their own artistic journey and she will give you individualized support and feedback to help you enjoy the process and improve your skill set.

The workshop will be outside but you will have access to the building and bathrooms.  Bring a bag lunch to snack on as you please.  Bethann will conclude the workshop by gathering all the paintings together to view and provide brief group critique.  The workshop is for all levels and is sure to be fun as it is informative.

For more information about Bethann please see her website: bethannmoran.com and Instagram @pasmeche. Bethann is represented by Tory Folliard Gallery in Milwaukee Wi and Edgewood Orchard Galleries in Door County Wi
